Come join these online Energy Alignment Sessions where I'll be using BodyTalk and other modalities to help support your healing, wellness and growth on the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and maybe even multi dimensional levels.
These sessions provide accessible support for sensitive people, change-makers and anyone else who want to maintain balance and move through the consciousness shift that is happening on the planet. There are a lot of us working to make the world a better place and I want to support us all to do just that.
Think of these like regular, affordable energetic tune-ups. Whether you attend live or listen to the recording later, you are included in the group energy matrix and your body will integrate the shifts needed for you and your specific path.
The Solstice and Equinox sessions are gifted to attendees at no charge so ‘feel free’ to attend, invite friends and family, and get some good aligned energetic support for these transformational times.

Format:
Share an intention when you sign up or email an intention to Medoc before the session
Short check in at the beginning to orient those attending live
After the session, live attendees have an opportunity to stay for a short, optional Q&A to ask questions and share reflections or comments
