Constellation work is an experiential process used to map out the systems we belong to. We can use it to  see, feel and change the hidden dynamics that influence patterns of belonging, relationships, health and success. The Constellation process allows us to gain insight not only from our own work, but from the movements within the group as a whole. We don’t just understand this work with our mind but also have the chance to feel it in our bodies and with our hearts.

In this series we will do Constellations for individuals, families, organisations or even a part of nature. We will also do group exercises that benefit everyone.

Taking part in Constellations can:

• support your personal healing journey

• give insight and bring about healing movement in family & systemic patterns

• help develop your ability to tune into the ‘Knowing Field’ of information

• help you learn to navigate life in a more harmonious way

Personal Constellations:

• We will draw names for Constellations on the day of the Circle and mix it up with symbolic group Constellations in a co-creative style. This way we can stay aligned with what wants to emerge from the ‘The Field’ each day.

• If you feel the need for a personal Constellation but don’t get one in Circle you can book a personal session with me or arrange a private circle with your friends.
