In Person Constellation Circle ~ Rio Rico, AZ
Join us in person for a Family & Systems Constellation Circle to explore connections and heal together!
This Circle is all about exploring family dynamics and hidden patterns through the unique method of Systems Constellations. This is a warm, supportive space where you can gain insights and experience deep shifts alongside others.
Constellation work is an experiential process used to see, feel and repair repetitive painful patterns within families, groups, businesses and organisations. We can use this process to help improve any area of your life - your relationships, emotional wellbeing, health, money, success, and even your business. We can also restore belonging and the flow of Love & support through your family. During these Circles we gain insight from our own work, and also from experiencing other people's Constellations.

Sliding scale attendance - $60-120
Reserve a Constellation Spot - $200
We will do 2 Constellations each time with some smaller Constellation exercises if there is time. Stay for an optional potluck lunch after the Circle.

In Person Constellation Circle in Langley, WA (Whidbey Island)
This series will be a powerful catalyst for growth and authenticity in your life for 2026 and will support the collective change that is unfolding in the world right now.
Constellation work is an experiential process used to map out the systems we belong to. We can use it to see, feel and change the hidden dynamics that influence patterns of belonging, relationships, health and success. The Constellation process allows us to gain insight not only from our own work, but from the movements within the group as a whole. We don’t just understand this work with our mind but also have the chance to feel it in our bodies and with our hearts.
In this series we will do Constellations for individuals, families, organisations or even a part of nature. We will also do group exercises that benefit everyone.

Personal Constellations:
We will draw names for Constellations on the day of the Circle and mix it up with symbolic group Constellations in a co-creative style. This way we can stay aligned with what wants to emerge from the ‘The Field’ each day.
If you feel the need for a personal Constellation but don’t get one in Circle you can book a personal session with me or arrange a private circle with your friends.

Online Group Energy Alignment Sessions
Come join these online Energy Alignment Sessions where I'll be using BodyTalk and other modalities to help support your healing, wellness and growth on the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and maybe even multi dimensional levels.
These sessions provide accessible support for sensitive people, change-makers and anyone else who needs some help maintaining balance and moving through the consciousness shift that is happening on the planet at this time. There’s a lot of us working to make the world a better place and I want to support us all to do just that.
Think of these like regular, affordable energetic tune-ups. Whether you attend live or listen to the recording later you are included in the group energy matrix and your body will integrate the shifts needed for you.
The Solstice and Equinox sessions are gifted to attendees at no charge so ‘feel free’ to attend, invite friends and family, and get some good aligned energetic support for these transformational times.

Format:
Short check in at the beginning to orient those attending live
Followed by the session. Just this session portion will be recorded and attendees will not show on the recording
After the session attendees have an opportunity to stay for a short Q&A to ask questions and share reflections or comments
Followup email with the recording is sent the same night
You can share an intention when you sign up, or email your intention to Medoc before the session.
